Zucchini Slice

Method
This zucchini slice is just so delicious and simple.

step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180c.
step 2
Grate zucchini and pat down with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
step 3
Measure out egg replacer and whisk with required water.
step 4
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine, until mixture is moist.
step 5
Line a small rectangle tin with baking paper and spoon mixture into tin.
step 6
Bake for 25-30min or until brown on top.

Serve with your favourite low protein salad.
Ingredients
- 1 large zucchini, grated
- Egg replacer to make 2 ’’eggs’’
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pinch of italian herbs
- 1 cup of FATE low protein all purpose mix
- 1 Tbsp baking soda
- 1 cup dairy free cheese e.g Biocheese (not pizza melt)
- 3 Tbsp protein free milk substitute (more if needed)
