This zucchini slice is just so delicious and simple.

Pre-heat oven to 180c.
Grate zucchini and pat down with paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Measure out egg replacer and whisk with required water.
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine, until mixture is moist.
Line a small rectangle tin with baking paper and spoon mixture into tin.
Bake for 25-30min or until brown on top.
