Vitaflo (International) Limited and Dr. Schär AG have entered into an agreement whereby Vitaflo will acquire the Dr. Schär products for Inborn Errors of Metabolism (IEM) as well as the manufacturing facility in Rosbach, Germany. The acquired brands, Mevalia® and ComidaMed®, are used for the dietary management of IEM and cow’s milk protein allergy and will complement Vitaflo’s existing IEM product portfolio and geographic footprint, offering more choice and variety to meet different customer needs.
