Veggie Burgers
- RECIPE MAKES: 4 burgers
- COOK TIME: 35 minutes
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas mark 6.
- Add the spinach, butternut squash, sweet potato and fennel to a saucepan; add water to just cover the vegetables.
- Bring to the boil and simmer until vegetables are soft.
- Drain and mash vegetables.
- Mix the oil and Fate low protein all-purpose mix with a fork into the mixture to make sticky dough.
- Leave to stand and cool.
- Using your hands shape the dough into 4 burgers.
- Place on greased baking tray.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes.
