Heat oil in a wok.
Turn down the heat, add garlic, ginger and cup of 'free vegetables" as per ingredient list you come up with above fry for 2 minutes.
Prepare Rice noodles as per packet instructions"
Add drained noodles to the wok along with the bok choi and fry for a further minute.
Add sweet chilli sauce stir and heat for a further minute.
