Vegetable Stir-fry

Method
Step 1
Heat oil in a wok.
Step 2
Turn down the heat, add garlic, ginger and cup of 'free vegetables" as per ingredient list you come up with above fry for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Prepare Rice noodles as per packet instructions"
Step 4
Add drained noodles to the wok along with the bok choi and fry for a further minute.
Step 5
Add sweet chilli sauce stir and heat for a further minute.
Top Tip:
Check labels of sauce to make sure they are safe to use.
Ingredients
- 1tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp each; crushed ginger and garlic
- 1.5 cups of favourite mixed vegetables (snow peas, mushrooms, red capsicum, broccoli and spring onion)
- 75g nest of Vermicelli rice noodles
- 1 small bunch of bok choi, sliced
- 20ml of sweet chilli sauce
