Tropical Jack ‘O’ Lantern

Method
Step 1
Slice off the bottom of the watermelon to enable it to sit flat on a plate.
Step 2
Using a knife carve a circle into the top of the watermelon, remove and keep aside as a lid.
Step 3
Scoop out the insides of the watermelon and chop into pieces.
Step 4
Carve a Halloween face into your watermelon.
Step 5
Fill with the watermelon and pineapple chunks and allow to spill onto the plate.
Top tip:
Use a sharp knife and make sure only adults are doing the cutting.
