Tropical Jack 'O' Lantern
- RECIPE MAKES: 1 lantern
- COOK TIME: 40 minutes
Method
- Slice off the bottom of the watermelon to enable it to sit flat on a plate.
- Using a knife carve a circle into the top of the watermelon, remove and keep aside as a lid.
- Scoop out the insides of the watermelon and chop into pieces.
- Carve a Halloween face into your watermelon.
- Fill with the watermelon and pineapple chunks and allow to spill onto the plate.
