Tempura Vegetables

  1. Mix the Fate low protein all-purpose mix with the sparkling water, salt, pepper and turmeric to make a batter.
  2. Heat the deep fat fryer to a medium heat according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Dip the vegetables in the batter and drop into the deep fat fryer.
  4. Allow to fry until the batter is golden.
  5. Remove from the deep fat fryer with a metal slotted spoon or tongs and place on kitchen towel to remove excess oil then serve.
