Tempura Vegetables

Method
Step 1
Mix the Fate low protein all-purpose mix with the sparkling water, salt, pepper and turmeric to make a batter.
step 2
Heat the deep fat fryer to a medium heat according to manufacturer’s instructions.
step 3
Dip the vegetables in the batter and drop into the deep fat fryer.
step 4
Allow to fry until the batter is golden.
step 5
Remove from the deep fat fryer with a metal slotted spoon or tongs and place on kitchen towel to remove excess oil then serve.
Serving Suggestion
Dip into permitted chilli sauce for a spicy kick!

- 10 Asparagus
- 5 Mini peppers
- 4 Chillies
- 5 Mushrooms
