Sweet Easter Pizza

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°fan/gas mark 6.

Step 2

Place ProZero, yeast and psyllium husk into a mixing bowl and stir until combined then rest for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Add Fate low protein all-purpose mix and sugar and mix by hand until a dough forms. Knead for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Leave dough to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Step 5

Roll the dough ball into a circle 30cm wide.

Step 6

Using a fork, pierce the base all over and brush with oil.

Step 7

Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

Step 8

Meanwhile, melt Vitabite in a heatproof bowl over a pan of boiling water remove from heat and gradually add the oil until combined.

Step 9

Refrigerate for 10 minutes until it stiffens to resemble a spreadable paste.

Step 10

Remove pizza base from the oven and allow to cool.

Step 11

Spread Vitabite onto the pizza base leaving a 2cm border along the edge.

Step 12

Top with the grated free from white chocolate followed by the jelly beans.

  • 4g Dried yeast
  • 5g Psyllium husk powder
  • 250g Fate low protein all-purpose mix
  • 40g Caster Sugar
  • 5ml Vegetable oil
  • Topping
  • 9 x 25g Vitabite bars
  • 30ml Vegetable oil
  • 50g Rondellos free from white chocolate, grated
  • 75g Permitted jelly beans
