Sweet and Sour Vegetables

  • RECIPE MAKES: 2 portions
  • COOK TIME: 20 minutes
  1. Fry the vegetables and garlic in 2 tbsp oil over a medium heat, stir fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Add pineapple chunks, pineapple juice and parsley and fry for another 3 minutes.
  3. Add sweet and sour sauce to the pan and stir until thoroughly coated. Fry for another 2 minutes and serve.
