Stir-fry Wraps

Step 1

In a large pan, fry together onions, mushrooms, zucchini and tomatoes, fry until onions are soft. 

Step 2

Take a vegetable stock cube and do not mix with water rather crumble together over mixture, mix well if needed add small amount of salt. Take a small teaspoon and add soya sauce.Mix well until all mixture is coated well with flavours. 

Step 3

Turn off heat and prepare the wraps, take 2 wraps and heat up in a pan, no need to use butter or oil just heat well. 

Step 4

Once heated add a small amount of mayonaisse on the base of the wraps, then place the mixture on top of the mayo on the wraps. 

Step 5

Then fold to create your wrap and eat.

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 mushrooms roughly chopped
  • 1 zucchini, cut into strips
  • 1 large tomato, roughly chopped
  • 1 vegetable stock cube 
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 gluten free wraps (old El paso)
  • 2 Tbsp of mayoannise
