St. Patrick’s Day Fruit Skewers

  • RECIPE MAKES: 4 skewers
  • COOK TIME: 20 minutes
  • THIS RECIPE IS PROTEIN FREE
Step 1

Thread each piece of chopped fruit onto the skewer in whatever order you desire. Do same with each skewer. 

Step 2

Melt Vitabite in a heatproof bowl above a pan of boiling water, stirring frequently to ensure it doesn’t burn. 

 

Step 3

Once melted drizzle Vitabite over the fruit skewers and serve.
