St. Patrick's Day Fruit Skewers

Step 1

Add the fruit to the skewer.

Step 2

Melt Vitabite in a heatproof bowl above a pan of boiling water.

Step 3

Drizzle melted Vitabite over the fruit skewers then serve.

  • 1 Green apple, chopped into 2cm cubes
  • 2 Kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 Galia or Honeydew melon, peeled and chopped into 2 cm cubes
  • 10 Green grapes
  • 2 Vitabite bars
