Slow Cooker Sweet Potato and Coconut Curry

Step 1

Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir.

Step 2

Cook on medium for 6 hours or 8 hours on low.

  • 150g Sweet potato, chopped into 2cm chunks
  • 150g Butternut squash, chopped into 2cm chunks
  • 50g Mushrooms, quartered
