Singapore Noodle Twist

Step 1

Cook spaghetti as per packet instructions, once ready strain and put aside.  

Step 2

Heat frying pan with oil and add garlic and red chilli and fry for 1min. Then add curry powder and stir in for another 30sec. 

Step 3

Add mushrooms and capsicum and cook until soft, should take 2-3min. 

Step 4

Add soy sauce and cooked spagehtti and combine all ingredients together and cook for a further 1-2min. 

Step 5

Serve.

You can use any kind if vegetable that takes your fancy, these were just our favourites.

 


 

  • 1 Serving/portion Mevalia low protein spaghetti 
  • 1 Clove of garlic, sliced
  • ¼ Large red chilli, sliced
  • ½ tsp of curry powder
  • 2 baby corn spears, chopped
  • 3 button mushrooms sliced
  • ½ green capsicum, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Ayam Light Soy Sauce
  • Oil, for cooking
