Cook spaghetti as per packet instructions, once ready strain and put aside.
Heat frying pan with oil and add garlic and red chilli and fry for 1min. Then add curry powder and stir in for another 30sec.
Add mushrooms and capsicum and cook until soft, should take 2-3min.
Add soy sauce and cooked spagehtti and combine all ingredients together and cook for a further 1-2min.
Serve.
