Savoury White Sauce

Method
- Place the ProZero, butter and cornflour into a saucepan.
- Heat gently and stir constantly with a wooden spoon or balloon whisk, until simmering. The sauce will be smooth and thickened.
- Add the vegetable stock cube and seasoning.
- Stir until the stock cube is dissolved.
