Pre-heat the oven to 200˚C/180˚C fan/gas mark 6.
Place Violife creamy original flavour in a large bowl, beat for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
Add baking powder and Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix to the Violife mixture and combine.
In a separate bowl, mix the egg replacer and ProZero and add this to the Violife mixture, beat until a soft smooth batter is formed.
Fold half of the Violife flavour, grated, all spring onions, mixed peppers and mixed herbs into the mixture.
Spoon the mixture evenly into the 4 muffin cases and sprinkle with remaining Violife Original flavour, grated.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
Allow to cool and enjoy.
