Savoury Cheese and Olive Muffins

Pre-heat the oven to 200˚C.

In a bowl combine FATE mix with baking powder.

Place butter in mixing bowl and beat until soft.
step 4
Add egg replacer and low protein milk alternative and beat quickly, but do not over work.

Add the sliced olives, 50g of cheese and herbs, mix to combine.
step 6
Spoon batter equally into 6 cases, use leftover cheese to sprinkle on top and bake for 25 min until golden brown.

- 75g butter
- 175g FATE low protein all purpose mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp egg replacer
- 150ml low protein milk alternative
- 50g sliced olives
- 75g of Bio cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1.5 tsp mixed herbs
