Sage and Onion Stuffing

  • RECIPE MAKES: 2 portions
  • COOK TIME: 40 minutes
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.
  2. Blitz the bread in a food processor until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
  3. In a pan fry the onions in the butter until golden brown, then add the sage, ProZero and breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry for further 1 minute and then place into a greased baking dish and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
