Pre-heat oven to 200°C.
Heat rhubarb, apple, sugar, and ¼ cup water in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer; 10min.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, rub together FATE Mix, butter, and brown sugar with your fingertips until mixture resembles breadcrumbs (takes approx. 2min).
Divide rhubarb, apple, and any syrup, evenly across 4 ramekins.
Divide breadcrumbs evenly over top of the fruit. Bake 10min. or until golden and bubbling.
