PKU Pizza

  • RECIPE MAKES: 1 serve containing 3g protein
  • PREP TIME: 15 minutes
  • COOK TIME: 15 minutes
Step 1

Pre-heat grill to medium-high. Spread sauce across tortilla. Layer with vegetables then cheese.

 

Step 2

Place under grill; 10-15cm below heat; cook until cheese bubbles. Serve hot with a sprinkling of basil, oregano or rosemary and side salad.

Serving suggestions:

Prepare the topping ingredients ahead of time and keep stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

 

Top tip:

Have Fate bread pre sliced and stored in the freezer.

  • 2 tsp (10g) BBQ Style Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Fate tortilla*
  • 1/3 cup protein free vegetables; capsicum, tomato, onion; thinly sliced
  • 12g regular pizza cheese blend
  • Sprinkle chopped fresh or dried basil, oregano or rosemary (optional)
  • Optional Side Salad
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Grated carrot
  • 1 Tbs Italian Salad dressing
