PKU Pizza
- RECIPE MAKES: 1 serve containing 3g protein

Method
Step 1
Pre-heat grill to medium-high. Spread sauce across tortilla. Layer with vegetables then cheese.
Step 2
Place under grill; 10-15cm below heat; cook until cheese bubbles. Serve hot with a sprinkling of basil, oregano or rosemary and side salad.
Serving suggestions:
Prepare the topping ingredients ahead of time and keep stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Top tip:
Have Fate bread pre sliced and stored in the freezer.

- PKU Pizza
- 2 tsp (10g) BBQ Style Pizza Sauce
- 1 Fate tortilla*
- 1/3 cup protein free vegetables; capsicum, tomato, onion; thinly sliced
- 12g regular pizza cheese blend
- Sprinkle chopped fresh or dried basil, oregano or rosemary (optional)
- Optional Side Salad
- Cherry tomatoes
- Shredded lettuce
- Grated carrot
- 1 Tbs Italian Salad dressing
