- Place the warm water, psyllium husk, dried yeast, garlic puree, mixed herbs and olive oil in a bowl, stir and leave to stand for 5 minutes until thickened.
- Add the wet ingredients to the Fate low protein all-purpose mix and knead until a dough has formed.
- Cover the bowl in cling film and leave to rise for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- Pre-heat the over 180oC Fan/ 200oC/ gas mark 6.
- Divide the dough into two.
- Place each piece of the dough onto greaseproof paper and roll into a rectangle 22cm x 15cm.
- Slice each rectangle from one corner to the opposite corner making four triangles.
- Top each triangle with passata, grated Violife and basil.
- Tightly roll from the longest side to the point end and place on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
Fate low protein all-purpose mix is a food for special medical purposes and must be used under medical supervision.
