Pink Lemonade Popsicles

  • RECIPE MAKES: 6 popsicles
  • COOK TIME: 10 (+ overnight freezing)
Step 1

Blend the raspberries in a blender and then pass through a sieve, into a jug.

Step 2

Mix in the cloudy lemonade until combined.

Step 3

Pour into popsicle moulds and add a lemon or tangerine slice to each.

Step 4

Freeze overnight.

Equipment:

You will need popsicle moulds.

  • 60g Raspberries
  • 400ml Cloudy lemonade
  • 6 Tangerine or lemon slices
