Peppercorn Sauce

Method
Step 1
Place the ProZero whipping ‘cream’ into a small jug or cup and stir in the water.

Place a small saucepan onto a medium heat and add the oil and the peppercorns, without stirring leave for 30 seconds to heat.
step 3
Add the Brandy (it should flame, so take care). Once the flame dies, reduce heat and stir in the ProZero ‘cream’ to make a sauce.
step 4
Season with salt to taste.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with sauteed vegetables.
