- Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C fan/gas mark 4.
- Place the Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix, sugar, ginger and bicarbonate of soda into a large bowl, mix well and set aside.
- Heat the butter, syrup and treacle in a saucepan, over a medium heat and stir until the butter has melted.
- In a separate bowl, add the ProZero, psyllium husk, egg replacer and baking powder, mix well and allow to stand for 5 minutes or until thick.
- Pour the butter mixture into the Fate mixture and combine.
- Add the ProZero mixture, stir until smooth and pour into the cake tin.
- Bake in the oven for an hour or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
