Preheat the oven to 180°C/fan 160°C fan/gas mark 4.
Place the Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix, sugar, ginger and bicarbonate of soda into a large bowl, mix well and set aside.
Heat the butter, syrup and treacle in a saucepan, over a medium heat and stir until the butter has melted.
In a separate bowl, add the ProZero, psyllium husk, egg replacer and baking powder, mix well and allow to stand for 5 minutes or until thick.
Pour the butter mixture into the Fate mixture and combine.
Add the ProZero mixture, stir until smooth and pour into the cake tin.
Bake in the oven for an hour or until a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
