  • RECIPE MAKES: 3 pancakes

Step 1

Place Fate mix, sugar, butter, baking powder, and bicarbonate soda into a mixing bowl.  Using your fingers, rub butter into dry ingredients, until evenly distributed; mixture will be grainy.

Step 2

Whisk in low protein milk alternative gradually, until a smooth batter is formed.

Step 3

Heat 1 tsp oil of the oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.

Step 4

Add a ladle; ⅓ of the batter to the pan.  Cook until top of pancake begins to bubble, flip over, cook this side further min, until just browned.


Step 5

Repeat steps 3 and 4, with remaining oil and batter.

  • ⅓ cup chopped, permitted fruit (berries, melon, peach)
  • 1 tbsp (20g) coconut yoghurt
  • Lemon and Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Caster sugar
  • Vitabite and Strawberry
  • 1 Vitabite bar, melted
  • 4 Strawberries, halved
