Mango and Passionfruit Crumble

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan forced 180°C.

 

Step 2

Divide the passionfruit flesh and the mango between the ramekins.

Step 3

In a separate bowl; combine Fate All-Purpose Mix, butter and sugar with your fingertips until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

 

Step 4

Spoon the breadcrumb mixture on top of the fruit and bake in the oven for 20min or until golden and bubbling.

  • ¾ cup Tinned mango in syrup
  • 2 Passionfruit’s, halved and flesh scooped out
  • ½ cup Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown sugar
