Loaded Fries

  • RECIPE MAKES: 1 portion as a main or 2 portions as a side
  • COOK TIME: 25-30 minutes

Step 1

Preheat the deep fat fryer according to manufacturer’s instructions.

Step 2

Cut the sweet potato into thin fries.

Step 3

Deep fry the thin fries until golden.

Step 4

Put the fries into a casserole dish and top with the Chilli ‘Cheese’ Sauce, spring onion, red chili and Violife Original Flavour.

Step 5

Grill on a baking tray for 10 mins or until golden.

  • 1 Sweet potato
  • ½ portion of Chilli ‘Cheese’ Sauce (see recipe)
  • ½ Spring onion, chopped
  • ½ Red chili, finely chopped
  • 40g Violife Original Flavour, grated
