- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C/gas mark 6.
- Mix the yeast, psyllium husk and the warm water in a jug.
- Add the mixture to a bowl with the Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and sugar, mix into a dough.
- Dust a clean worktop with Fate Low Protein All-Purpose Mix and using a rolling pin, roll the dough to approximately 1 cm in depth, into a 26cm wide square.
- For the filling, pour the jam onto the pastry square and spread evenly using the back of a spoon, leaving a 2cm strip around the edge, jam free.
- Brush the jam free area with ProZero.
- Tightly roll the square and gently press down on the filling free area to seal.
- Using a knife, cut a 1 cm slice from each end and discard.
- Cut the roll into 8 x 2cm slices and place onto a greaseproof paper lined baking tray, allowing room for expansion with the swirls facing up.
- Brush the swirls with ProZero.
- Place in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack, cool fully before serving.
