Heat the sesame oil in a pan over a medium heat, add the onion, green pepper, fennel, mushrooms, baby corn, garlic and jackfruit to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the chow mein stir fry sauce, cook for another minute and serve.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with low protein rice or spiralised vegetables.
Top Tip:
Add some chilli powder for a spicy kick!
