Jacket Sweet Potatoes

Method
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°fan/gas mark 6.
- Rub the sweet potato with oil, salt and pepper.
- Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
- Fill with your favourite topping.
