Jacket Sweet Potatoes

Method
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°fan/gas mark 6.
Step 2
Rub the sweet potato with oil, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 35 minutes.
Step 4
Fill with your favourite topping.
Serving Suggestion
Top with:
-Guacamole (see recipe) and tomatoes
-Coleslaw (see recipe)
-Chilli (see recipe)
