Honeycomb Caramel Shake

Method
Step 1
Using the liquidiser or smoothie maker, blend ProZero with the caramel sauce until frothy.
Step 2
Drizzle the inside of the glass with the caramel sauce and add the frothy ProZero.
Step 3
Sprinkle with honeycomb pieces and caramel sauce.
ProZero is a food for special medical purposes and must be used under medical supervision.
Ingredients
- 250ml ProZero, chilled
- 40ml Permitted caramel sauce (plus extra for decoration)
- 1 tbsp Permitted honeycomb pieces
