Guacamole

Step 1

Mash the avocado in a bowl.

Step 2

Add in rest of the ingredients and mix until combined.

  • 1 Avocado, destoned and peeled
  • 20g Red onion, peeled and finely chopped
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes, diced
  • Juice of ½ a lime
  • ½ tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp Onion granules
  • Salt and pepper to taste
