In a medium saucepan bring water to boil.
Cut up carrots and add to the boiling water for 20min or until fork tender, drain and let the carrots cool completely.
Set-up food processor, add carrots and FATE mix and blitz for 30sec or until a dough is formed.
In a medium saucepan bring salted water to boil.
On a clean bench sprinkle some extra flour and place dough on bench and divide into 4 equal parts.
Using a rolling pin, roll each dough part into the shape of a long sausage.
Cut each sausage into approx. 2cm pieces
Place each 2cm piece of dough into boiling water and cook for 4-5min or until they rise to the surface.
Serve with pasta sauce.
