Fruit & Lemon ‘Cream’ Sundae
- RECIPE MAKES: 1 serving in a tall glass/ 2 small servings

Method
Step 1
Place a spoonful of the lemon ‘cream’ into the base of a tall glass or dish.
Step 2
Add a spoonful or two of fruit.
Step 3
Continue to layer lemon ‘cream’ and fruit.
Step 4
Eat straight away, or keep covered in the fridge for the next day.
Serving Suggestion:
Use tinned, stewed or baked fruits in the winter.
Top Tip:
For freshness, keep covered in the fridge for the next day.

- Permitted fruits, sliced or lightly crushed summer berries, like strawberries, blueberries or raspberries. Chopped peaches or nectarines, or cherries are good too.
