Fondue with Cassava Chunks

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6.

Step 2

Add the ProZero to a pan over a medium heat.

Step 3

Paste the cornflour in 2 tbsp of ProZero and add to the pan. Stir until thick.

Step 4

Add the low protein cheese alternatives and stir until melted.

Step 5

Meanwhile, place the cassava on a baking tray and caot with the oil.

Step 6

Roast in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  • 50g Tesco Free From Coconut Oil Alternative to Jalapeno and Chilli Cheese
  • 2 Cassavas, peeled and chopped into 1cm chunks
  • 2 tbsp Oil
