Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a 20cm x 40cm tray with baking paper.
Place FATE mix, salt, baking powder, and oregano into a medium sized mixing bowl, stir to combine. Add butter, and using fingertips, rub into the mixture 4-5min., until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
Add water, stir with a metal spoon until mixture forms a dough.
Lightly dust a clean worksurface with extra FATE mix. Place dough onto dusted workbench, and knead 2-3 min., until smooth. Roll out dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm.
Using a biscuit cutter, cut into circles and place each cracker on the tray. Repeat until all the dough is used. Prick each cracker with a fork. Bake 13-15min., until golden on top.
Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
Serving Suggestion:
Crackers stay fresh in an airtight container for 3-4 days and also freeze well.
