Easy Tomato Sauce

Step 1

In a saucepan, place the olive oil, tomato, basil and garlic and cook over a medium- high heat for 10min, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Once taken off heat; stir sauce for final time and serve.

Top tip:

Serve with low protein pasta or spiralised zucchini.
