Cucumber Christmas Trees
- RECIPE MAKES: 6 cucumber trees
- COOK TIME: 10 minutes
Method
- Slice the cucumbers into five different length batons; 2cm, 3cm, 5cm, 6cm and 7cm.
- Add the cucumber batons to the cocktail sticks in size order to look like a Christmas tree.
- Top the cocktail stick with a blueberry and serve.
