Cucumber Christmas Trees
- RECIPE MAKES: 6 cucumber trees
- COOK TIME: 10 minutes
Method
Step 1
Slice the cucumbers into five different length batons; 2cm, 3cm, 5cm, 6cm and 7cm.
Step 2
Add the cucumber batons to the cocktail sticks in size order to look like a Christmas tree.
Step 3
Top the cocktail stick with a blueberry and serve.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with our sour cream and chive dip
Top Tip:
Use a piece of yellow tomato or pepper to look like a star on top of the tree!
