Crispy Cauliflower Bites

  • RECIPE MAKES: 4-6 serves | Per serve (serving 4) – 1.5g protein | Per serve (serving 6) – 1g protein
  • PREP TIME: 5min
  • COOK TIME: 25min
Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with paper. 

Step 2

In a large zip-locked bag (or mixing bowl), place cauliflower florets, FATE mix, Chinese 5-spice, and salt. Shake (or mix) to completely cover cauliflower florets in dry ingredients. 

Step 3

Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan to medium-high. Place coated cauliflower florets into the pan. Fry, 3-4min., until browned on one side, flip over, fry until browned on the other side. 


Step 4

Place cauliflower florets onto baking tray, and then place into the heated oven. Cook 20min, until crispy on outside and just softened on the inside. 

Top Tip:

Serve with extra LP hot sauce if desired

  • 420g cauliflower florets 
  • ½ cup FATE low protein all-purpose mix
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5-spice
  • ½ tsp salt 
  •   2 Tbsp vegetable oil
