Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with paper.
In a large zip-locked bag (or mixing bowl), place cauliflower florets, FATE mix, Chinese 5-spice, and salt. Shake (or mix) to completely cover cauliflower florets in dry ingredients.
Heat oil in a large, non-stick frying pan to medium-high. Place coated cauliflower florets into the pan. Fry, 3-4min., until browned on one side, flip over, fry until browned on the other side.
Place cauliflower florets onto baking tray, and then place into the heated oven. Cook 20min, until crispy on outside and just softened on the inside.
