Creamy Mushroom Pasta

step 1
Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and cook pasta according to packet instructions.

While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a frypan on medium, add onion and cook until becoming soft.

Add garlic, stir and cook for several minutes.

Add mushrooms and cook for several minutes.

Sprinkle thyme, salt, pepper and FATE mix into mixture and gently fold through. Cook for several minutes.

Pour in low protein milk alternative and stir through. Bring to a simmer and stir gently until the mixture thickens.
step 7
Add cooked pasta, stir and serve.

- 170g Mevalia pasta of your choice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small brown onion, diced
- 1 tsp chopped or crushed garlic
- 120g mushrooms, sliced
- Pinch each thyme, salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp FATE low protein all purpose mix
- 1 cup low protein milk alternative
