Boil the green beans and the cabbage in a pan for 5-10 mins until soft.
Using a peeler, peel courgette lengthways to make ribbons. Add to pan for the last minute to soften.
Drain the vegetables.
In a bowl, mix together the garlic puree, lemon juice and olive oil.
Add drained vegetable to the bowl and stir until the vegetables are evenly coated.
Eat as a main or a side!
