- Place the red onion, lime, garlic and oil to a frying pan over a medium heat and fry for 1 minute.
- Add the curry powder, turmeric, garam masala and mustard seeds and fry for a further 3 minutes.
- Stir in the tomato purée and the ProZero and simmer on a low heat for 15 minutes.
- Pass the mixture through a sieve and collect the sauce in a bowl.
- Add to the jackfruit to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Finally, add the mango chutney, mayonnaise, Koko dairy free yoghurt alternative and sugar to the mixture and finally mix well.
