Colcannon

Method
Step 1
In separate saucepans, boil the sweet potato for 15 minutes and the cabbage for 5 minutes or until soft.
Step 2
Drain the excess water from the pans.
Step 3
Add the butter and ProZero to the sweet potato and mash until smooth.
Step 4
Mix the cabbage into the mash and serve.

- 75g Cabbage, sliced
- 10g Butter
