  • COOK TIME: 15 min
Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 200°C. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2

Place FATE, custard powder, sugar, margarine, and chocolate melts into a bowl. Using a large metal spoon, mix, combining ingredients, a breadcrumb mixture will form.

Step 3

Using your hands, combine mixture to form a dough. Break off ¼ cup amounts, and using your palms, roll each to form a small ball. Place ball on prepared oven tray.

Step 4

Repeat latter part of step 3., until you have 15 small balls of dough on the tray, placed evenly apart. Flatten each ball with the back of a fork, to approx. 1cm thickness.

Step 5

Bake 15-20min., until golden. Remove from oven and leave to cool on the tray for 5min. Using a spatula, carefully lift each biscuit onto a wire rack to cool further. The cookies will appear slightly crumbly, but with cooling will firm.
