Chilli 'Cheese' Sauce

  • RECIPE MAKES: 2 portions
  • COOK TIME: 20 minutes
Step 1

Add all ingredients to a pan and stir well using a small balloon whisk over a medium heat.

Step 2

Bring to the boil and then reduce heat to simmer.

Step 3

Keep whisking until sauce thickens.

Top Tip:
Serve as a dip with Mini Crackers or on top of enchiladas!
