Cheesie Sauce

Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients into a pan and stir well using a small balloon whisk.
Step 2
Keep whisking until the sauce simmers and it becomes smooth and thickens.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve over low protein pasta for a quick and easy lunch or dinner.
Top Tip:
If you require a thinner sauce, just add a little more ProZero at the end of cooking.
